Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities: • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.• Prepare Weekly, monthly, Quarterly Sales Reports which showing the sales teams revenues, Collections, target achievement percentage, challenges, Market feedback and performance of each sale representative• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team• Implement a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.• Support sales team during their visits with key customers.• Generate business with current main customers.• Communicate with current customers in order to monitor the customer satisfaction.• To Negotiate the contracts with end users.• Feedback the market needs, Competitors prices, products, Promotions, ...etc• To monitor the stock levels in Khobar Stores
