Quality & Food safety Manager

- We are looking for a Quality & Food safety Manager for our supermarket stores in Jeddah.- Monitoring quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, monitoring local competitors and their operating processes, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management- Determining quality requirements, monitoring food packaging materials, ensuring their health safety and compliance with the quality requirements of the Food and Drug Authority.- Responsible for all quality, food safety and evaluation work in the company's branches and preparing monthly and weekly reports on it- He assumes the duties of the management representative to the supervisory and regulatory authorities such as the Food and Drug Authority, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) and other relevant authorities, in addition to reviewing progress with the company's management- Complete training for all employees within the branches in the field of food safety- Monitoring the quality of the materials used and their expiry date before using them- Preparing a short-term (3 months) and long-term (more than a year) development plan, explaining the department's goals and aspirations and the steps of development work with quality and efficiency.- Preparing the required reports (weekly, monthly, annually) to assist other departments in order to quickly take the appropriate decision in terms of quality and hybrid work.- Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work for each department, monitoring the consumer and the damaged and executing them according to the applicable regulations- Monitoring quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, monitoring local competitors and their operating processes, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management- Defining quality requirements and identifying raw materials with suppliers
