Responsibilities:• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data• Keep backup copies of financial records• Entering accounting data and financial files into computer systems• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts• Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies• Performs other related duties as assigned
