Sales Engineer

Job description :- Responsible for marketing, promoting and selling the company's products and services in a professional and profitable manner to existing and potential customers.Responsibilities:- Constant search for new customers and new markets, continuous communication with them and maintaining strong relationships with them.-Indirect follow-up to after-sales service and constant communication with customers.-Receiving customer complaints and directing them to the concerned department and following up on their resolution.-Monitor competitors' situations and strategies and stay informed of current and emerging products and technologies.- Pricing of new projects and full responsibility for submitting them within the required specifications and the specified time.- Continuous coordination with the Project Execution Department, knowing the expected project implementation plans, and keeping the client informed of the project status.- Follow up on all established quotations to ensure that the customer is served optimally and submit reports of competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.- Meeting the needs of customers, answering all their inquiries, sending catalogs, pricing products, sending the quotation on time, assisting customers in solving problems and designing the project in proportion to their needs.-Attending product training and technical training classes to continuously develop their knowledge to enhance handling of all customer orders.- Executing the sales process in an ethical and professional manner, which ensures a positive impression of oneself and the company and maintains its professional image and work environment, including the company’s property.Continuously update the sales report and assist in the analysis of market conditions and/or changes in the assigned area to maximize productivity and sales growth.
