Graphic designer

• Designing & implement the development of policies and procedures.• Develop & implement new organization structure policy and design with organization charts, unit descriptions, job descriptions, KPIs & objectives.• Plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs.• Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance employee performance's effectiveness in achieving the company's goals and objectives.• Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans,• Consults with management on performance to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.• Design, implement, and oversee the performance process, monitor compliance with the timetable, and work with the function head.• Establish and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.• Development and improvement of the system and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
