Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:- Received all RFQs and update RFQs book.- Coordinate with the client's required site visits or technical information.- Coordination with Engineering Department on job feasibility, technical studies, and proposals when required.- Coordination with the Operations team for Equipment/manpower availability before job confirmation.- Highlight any recurring problems that are identified and then direct the information accordingly so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.- Follow up with the Clients satisfaction after job conclusion.- Responsible for Data acquisition and Jubail sales analysis.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual marketing reports on all of the aforementioned activities and their results.- Familiarity with and knowledge of all requirements of clients.- Strategically develop sales plans as per market requirements that reflect the company's image and attract awareness.- Ability to analyze trends to gain an advantage over competitors.- Monitor the competitors’ marketing activities and analyze their pricing/sales & use this information to determine potential markets, product demand, and pricing.- Present ideas for the marketing and other operational areas within the organization to improve sales processes to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.- Attend forums and exhibitions as ABL- representation.********: Jubail Industrial city
