Clinical Pharmacist

- Serves as a pharmaceutical caregiver by efficiently designing, recommending, activating, monitoring, and evaluating patient-specific pharmacotherapy to ensure optimal outcomes. Ensures implementation of the pharmaceutical care plan by assuring the accurate and timely distribution of medications to patients. Serves as a clinical resource for other pharmacy personnel, medical and nursing staff, as well as other healthcare professionals. The assigned team/ medical service may be involved with the annual evaluation of the clinical pharmacist.Responsibilities (not limited to):- Manage all material stock management activities related to all division business.- Monitor and control all logistic activities to maxmimise performance, productivity and adherence to company standards.- Confers with division heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as sales, records control and purchasing.- Ensure compliance with all federal governmental, institutions and partners regularity requirements. Manage and minimise damaged or expired materials with the divisional manager.- Participate and implement service quality management strategy and plans to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the division’s annual business plan and long-term vision.- Contribute and participate on business area of development in line with the company vision.
