- An established KSA-based Catering and Facilities Management company is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join their team in Dammam.Job Summary:- The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for contracting and closing local catering and social businesses and ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery- The position is responsible for achieving catering revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue.- The incumbent implements the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.Key Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility of Sales Generation- Achieve the Annual Sales Budget- Growth of business through retention of key accounts & developing of new accounts in Corporate Sector- Be one point of contact & a consultant to clients- Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction- Contracting bookings and raising invoices- Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy- Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes, and values
