Daily Responsibility:- Manage & direct B2B sales of Thyrocare products and service- Send daily BOD & EOD reports- Handle Client Onboarding procedure as per the Client Onboarding policy and liase with lab to get the client activated in the system- Create special & customized packages for clients and liase with lab to get them created in the system- Maintain and develop good relationship with current customers & prospect customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and liase with lab to get them resolved.- Introduce new products to the clients and keep updating the clients regularly- Creating and executing campaigns for the clients- Timely collection of outstanding payments- Updating the MIS on the daily basis.- Quarterly reconciliation/balance confirmation from Clients- Biannual reconciliation of Client contracts- Confirmation of monthly invoicing /Credit Notes with Clients- Prepare & update Contracts and Credit Forms with all clients integrity, honesty.- Job Types: Full-time, Contract- Contract length: 24 months
