- Finalization of Financial Statements (Trading, profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet)- Internal Auditing- Interaction with banks and other financial institutions- Debtors Management- Approval of Vendors/Suppliers- Financial planning- Handling monthly journal entries, accounts and various ledgers.- Preparation of various accounting reports, Income & Expenditure statements, Bank Reconciliation statement etc.- Preparation of Cash Book – Purchase Day Book – Sales Day Book – Purchase Return Book – Sales Return Book and other Subsidiary Books.- Preparation of Purchase Register – Sales Register – Cheque Receivable Register – Cheque Payable Register- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information protect company assets- Prepare and review written ********s accurately and completely. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
