Human Resources Officer

1- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening , headhunting ,interviewing, placing candidates and managing the hiring process.2- Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview processSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems3- Develop training and development programsMaintain employee records (attendance, performance data etc.)4- Review employment and working conditions.5- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions6- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
